Ida S. Clancy, 94, of Humboldt, passed away September 22, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hardy Methodist Church on the grounds of the Humboldt County Historical Museum. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt. Interment will be in Vernon Township Cemetery, Hardy.
Mrs. Clancy is survived by her daughter, Sharon Lima of Overland Park, KS; sons, Richard (Barbara) Clancy of Shawnee, KS, and Douglas (Ruth) Clancy of Austin, TX; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Halvor and Kristi Skiye; husband, Frank; and brothers, Clifford, Art, and Norman Skiye.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Humboldt County.
