Phyllis Newbrough, 81, of Friendship Haven, passed away February 26, 2009 at the Tompkins Health Care Center in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Humboldt with the Rev. Richard Lauger officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
