Douglas Koob

Martin Douglas “Doug” Koob of Humboldt passed away January 8, 2015 at Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be Sunday January 11 at 3 PM in the Chapel of the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt, Rev. Gene Broughton officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 PM to the time of the service. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home of Humboldt is in charge of arrangements.
Doug is survived by his brother Bruce (Sissie) Koob, Jr. of Alvin, TX; Sisters Juanita and fiancé Arnold Rydberg of Fort Dodge, Shirley (Jerry) Crotty of Humboldt, Viola (Brad) Nash of Moville, IA, and Mary (Rick) Parsons of Fairmont, MN. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Bruce and Catherine Koob.
