Fernanda Santiago, 74 of Humboldt, passed away on Tuesday evening, September 22, 2020 at the Paula Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge.
She was born on December 12, 1945 in Oaxaca, Mexico, the daughter of Aurelio and Angela (Justo) Santiago. Fernanda was a loving mother and grandmother. She was best described as a woman who was always happy and made the most of life. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Carmen Castro Santiago of Humboldt, Luisa Castro Santiago of Blairsburg, Teresa Castro Santiago of Humboldt, Policarpio Castro Santiago of Mexico, Paulino Castro Santiago of Mexico, Juana Castro Santiago of Humboldt, Valediana Castro Santiago of Humboldt, Lourdes Castro Santiago of Humboldt and Luc Maria Castro Santiago of Humboldt, along with 33 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home, a visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of funeral services.
