Minnie Laird, 93, of Humboldt, passed away April 1, 2011 the Northshire Nursing Home in Spencer. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt with the Rev. Jan Burnett officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt. Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Laird is survived by her sons, Gary (Sharon) Gould of Henderson, NV and Butch Laird of Mason City; daughters, Twila Smith of Mason City, Pam (Gardner) Fey of Spencer, and Lila Jo (Wayne) Burich of Beloit, WI; 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; brother, Donald (Esther) Reed; and sister, Mary Ellen Langerud. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lyle; daughter Linda Linder; son, Jay Gould; brothers, James and Wayne Reed; and sister Maxine LeRoy; and son-in-law, Denny Smith.
