Bradley J. Dahl, 50, formerly of Livermore and Algona, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City following a lengthy illness.

Brad was born June 24, 1975 in Humboldt, the son of William and Christy (Dahl) Briggs. He grew up in Livermore and graduated from Twin Rivers High School in 1993. He went on to attend Iowa Central Community College and earned his degree in automotive technology. Brad worked for Delp Auto in Fort Dodge and later Smith Oil Company in Livermore. He later became a home repair technician and was self-employed. In 2025 Brad moved to Forest City for health reasons. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and attending services at Algona Free Church.

Brad is survived by his mother Chris Briggs of Fort Dodge, his sister Cassie (Shawn) Smith of Livermore and several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and his brother William Briggs Jr.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026 and visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, both at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral & Cremation Service in Humboldt. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Livermore. www.masonlindhart.com
